Dental Staff

Joseph T. Buzzanco, D.M.D. is a general dentist practicing in Red Bank, New Jersey. He was born and raised in the Red Bank area, attending St. Mary's and Mater Dei Prep before going on to study at Farleigh Dickinson University in northern New Jersey where he graduated Magna Cum Laude as President of the Honors College. He then went on to receive a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

After receiving his professional degree, Dr. Buzzanco participated in a residency program at the Veterans Hospital in Lyons, New Jersey and then completed a second residency program in Facial Orthopedics and Orthodontics in Pennsylvania. Dr. Buzzanco continues to stay up to date on the latest advances in dentistry by attending a yearly continuing education program at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Since 1989, Dr. Buzzanco has owned and operated his practice in Red Bank, providing a broad range of dental services to the community he grew up in, some of which have been published and featured on a FOX TV segment on cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Buzzanco continues to be involved with the community outside his office. He has served as a Board member of the Red Bank Community YMCA and the Board of Governors at Mater Dei Prep. He was recently honored by Mater Dei Prep and entered into their prestigious Hall of Fame for his extraordinary service to the school and for serving as President of the Seraph Fund. He continues to provide dental education outreach programs visiting local pre-schools since 2000. Dr. Buzzanco was recently named one of Monmouth County's Top Dentists by Monmouth Medical Centers Monmouth Health & Life magazine and New Jersey Monthly Magazines Top Dentists.
